Our Story

TalentCross was born to challenge the status quo.

In 2018
Ignacio and Fernando met while working at a Fortune 100 multinational. Their mission: to build a high-performance team from scratch. The challenge was big, but what truly surprised them was how hard it was to find effective support to achieve it.

They tried several consulting firms. All of them failed in one way or another—slow processes, mismatched profiles, lack of flexibility, and even situations where they were dropped for “more attractive projects.” Amid the frustration, a joke between them sparked a powerful idea:
“This industry is in urgent need of reinvention.”
